i deleted my personal facebook for personal reasons (redundancy aside) but i was thinking about re-register an account in order to promote my covers, as i think this way they can reach more people? i didn't feel that in my older account but it was probably because it was my personal account.

do you think it's worth to create a new account?

It can be useful if you decide to join some of the facebook groups. I'm not super active in them though, so I don't know how much bigger the audience will get, but it's always worth a shot! 

But overall, it can be pretty helpful to help connect you to other youtaites. :D

i agree that it would be useful for joining facebook groups but personally, because i already have 2 youtube accounts, i'm too lazy to also have 2 facebook accounts xD  i've had my "main" personal channel (gaming/vlogs/random crap) for years but i've been neglecting it for months in favour of my singing channel so i feel a similar thing would happen if i made another facebook account OTL

i just started to really dislike facebook because they started to want to know everything— even if i don't want to put there my last name or stuff like that, and it annoys me, because i had a bad experience with a stalker in the past orz and i wanted to make something only for music

that's why i'm so reluctant to come back, but i see it's important, because i see that my covers now reach so less people than they used to orz

Ugh, yeah, I can see how that would be troublesome. I would just set everything to super private then and hope that deters any new stalkers. >_<; That and make up stuff. 

With this kind of Internet anonymous thing, I think it'd be okay to make up last names and even first names, since you'd be doing it for the purpose of promoting your covers. 

The easiest way of solving the issue between personal and other fb accounts though would be to use two browsers. xD That is what I do with mine.

the two browser thing seems useful for people with two accounts, but i dont have any so for me it's okay~

it seems facebook is a very important tool on cover advertising, even though is way too troublesome orz

edit: okay i found a trick to hide my last name and i just created one thanks :3
