Summary:
The story takes place in an ideal city known as "No. 6". Shion, a boy raised in the elite and privileged environment of his home, gives shelter to another boy, who only gives his name as 'Nezumi', during the former's 12th birthday. After spending a rainy night with his new friend, Shion discovers the next morning that Nezumi has left and disappeared without a trace. Four years later, Shion experiences a spate of incidents around him in which a deadly infection by parasitic bees leaves its victims to age rapidly. Shion's co-worker is one of the victims and Shion is arrested on suspicion of murder. Whilst Shion is being transported to the Correctional Institute, Nezumi appears and rescues him. Shion begins to find out the hidden truth behind the Ideal City No.6.

I still need to catch up on the most recent episodes though . . * o *;; I'm really busy with a bunch of other summer anime and I'm rewatching this crap load of series. . . anyway . . HAHA

I never really did understand how some people thought Shion was a girl . . Is it his face? . . . Mmm. . Idk he really did give off manly vibes though HAHA - A -;;

Whoa~ Totally didn't realize I had read this manga until I read the synopsis! I actually quite liked this series! Thought-provoking, but not extremely heavy. The art is nice and light too. :3 Recommended.

I think I've heard the name before, but never really looked into what the series is/is about.
I just got choked up and teary eyed after watching the PV ;A;

Now I want to watch the series for sure <3
About how long is it?

There are so many unique and dark concepts and themes ;A;

I was talking to my friend about this anime and she says apparently it's based off of a novel?
And it's canon for Nezumi to be paired with Shion (they kiss and things?)

Just out of curiosity, which characters are your favourites?

asdhjkmasdbnm I'ts been a month exactly, so i still have a bit of hours left to still keep this alive. Lol i feel like i'm late with this but overall, the story is awesome :D. It's nice to get away from those "lovey" crap those other romances bring me(lol...im a shoujo enthusiast). I really love this manga/anime. Very recommended.

But, hey, people ship them. And it doesnt actually happen, but it's kinda cute (even though i dont really read/watch yaoi). They have more of sorta a BROMANCE instead or ROMANCE imo. But, think however you perverted minds tell you too. -shot-
